"Replace[d] LH Front Drive Unit Clevis Mount And
Both Front Halfshafts."
Took about 24h. Seems like they knew exactly what was wrong. All under warranty.
Only downside was the loaner vehicle was a P85 with glitched sound/"What's New In This Update" incessantly popped up on the screen, so there was no audio whatsoever and the screen wasn't really usable. And the vehicle was noticibly dirty inside. But still A+ for Tesla.
Tesla went to the shop again. This time cracked windshield (probably the most fragile windshield of any car I've driven) and the driver's side door stopped opening from the outside (so I had to go around to the passenger side every time and lean over to open the driver's side from the inside.) Windshield not warranty and about $900; door handle fixed under warranty.
If you buy a used Tesla, MAKE SURE IT IS UNDER WARRANTY!!
