Used Tesla advice

Hi, planning to purchase a 2016 Tesla Signature XP90D from a used car dealership in NJ. Dealership claimed that the car was a lemon and had branded tile. Lemon issues was with Tesla on Tesla color code. Carfax report no accident. Confused? Purchased - Lemon Squad third party inspection company came back with front bumpers repainted with bad coloration. Underside and some exterior fasterners areas of minor surface rust. My worries if both motor could be rusted underneath all that plastic covers! How can u inspect and tell? Lemon squad drove the car and seems to be ok. I have to make a decision by tmrw if I decided to purchase the car. Should I ship the car back to CA or drive the Tesla back to CA and take a mini vacation! Worries about Tesla range and supercharging. My first time with EV! Help!
