Unfortunately i sent the emails and ask about FSD and Acceleration Boost property without any response. Passed almoat 3 months.
My question was what happens with FSD and Acceleration Boost bought after delivery and I want to swap after 4 years.
Will remain with me or with the car?
I thinking to buy Acceleration Boost...

To come clean, 'all this work' is what you get in reply to sending a shittogram to [email protected] which curiously, is not listed!
It's also interesting in that it contains phone nos and email addresses for Service Centres which have yet to open.

I called this number today 01628 450660 (found it on another thread on this forum) this got me through to a tesla automated number with 4 options..

Long story short, anyone wanting an update on if they have been Matched, VIN number, Reg number etc, call that number and go to option 4...

I waited about 5 mins for someone to answer, the guy was polite and helpful, took my RN number, confirmed the car that had been ordered and confirmed that i hadnt yet been matched :( but said to call again in a few days to see if anything had changed..

so if any of you out there have ordered a MSM3 with 18" aero and black interior and dont really want to take delivery yet.. LET ME KNOW :)

I have heard that certain email addresses auto bounce if you're not on their list of "people we want to talk to".

But at least with the list you've provided we can at least try - thanks.

I also noticed that the email addresses were different too. I wonder what the story is with those, or just aliases. Maybe they didn't like some finishing in SUK !

I was talking to SC staff recently and they mentioned that if phones aren’t picked up at either the main customer service line or a particular SC they are auto transferred to another SC and bounced around until someone answers.

So, they've sold ~11,000 (can someone check this?) cars in the last quarter from 13 locations. That's ~70 cars a week!

Hi... I'm a Noob here, but have been lurking for a little while. Please be kind.

I picked up my new M3LR 2 weeks ago, and during handover pointed out scratches on the body work.. Nothing unusual there... Was told to contact service to book it in for remedial work by sales rep.

The rep also said there was not type 2 charging cable as there were none in the country, but to raise the issue with service and one would be sent to me..

I tried to raise a ticket, but because I live on an un named road, and the house has a name only, the app cannot find the address and therefore I cannot open a ticket.

I spoke to service the day after collection and was told to email pictures to "local" service centre.

Since then I have heard nothing, no confirmation, radio silence.

I have spent half an hour on hold yesterday, and a hour on hold today... Same automated call gate if I call the national 01628 number as when I call the local service centre with the information from Mr Miserable .

The start of my tesla journey is not going well... anyone else got any ideas how get things moving...

    Many thanks

Use the app to create a service appointment selecting an address roughly in your vicinity, even the nearest town should do it.

In the issue details, after describing your issues add in your actual address. Mobile service will contact you prior to their visit and you can reiterate your actual address then too.

Based on the pictures they may require you to attend a service centre anyway, in which case your address becomes irrelevant.

Hope that helps and you get your issues addressed promptly.

Well its good that their boost in cash balance has allowed them to answer the phone, gone are the days last year were they would be completely ignorant to customers, we hope....

They must have upgraded their systems to be less ignorant!

Thanks for the useful information, would be a little more useful if the links actually worked.

I on purpose used an image and not links - some people (especially) and companies do not like phone numbers and email addresses being published in a easy to harvest format so I just kept it to the basics especially since Tesla have been cagey with this information in the past and it kept the whole communication verbatim.
