Using 100% Of 60KW Battery

As soon as I found out I can save 9K by downgrading the software on my 75D, I did it.

So now the question is...

If I'm limited to 60KW of the 75 available does that mean I can charge it to 100 percent without worry about degrading the battery?

Correct. The software limit is at the higher end of the true state of charge meaning you are around 80% full on the true state when the car will report 100%. 0% is still 0% though.
