I just read an article in EVobsession talking about an AT&T problem last august.
The article quoted someone saying
"With regard to Tesla’s use of AT&T connectivity for its Google Maps–based navigation app,Teslarati adds: “A user reports ‘UI said I was in 3G. Turned on my Verizon hotspot and connected the car. Everything started working right away.’"
Is this possible and how would you go about connecting the car to your phone?

@RichMatt As long as you have a device that can provide wifi hotspot, the car can and will connect to it...

On the icon that says LTE, 3G or whatever, click on that and search for your wifi, provide your security details, and voila it connects.
