Hey everyone. New to the car. Just wondering to see if there are any negative side effects if I turn off the car using the center console? Sometimes I'm in the car taking a nap but I want to turn off the car. :)

    No. No negative effect.

If you count finger print as negative effect then yes.

In that case, just wear a thin gloves or one specifically made for cell phone.

If costing a few more bucks just to get the gloves for your turn off is a negative effect, then yes.

so you don't look like you're pulling off an impression of Michael Jackson with your one glove, you can get an anti glare/anti-fingerprint screen protector instead that takes away all of the OCD annoyance of worrying about fingerprints. :)
