Using the browser for radio station

I have been trying to listen to LBC while I am in France. One way to do this is via the browser to LBC UK - Listen Live | Global Player. Now this works fine while the car is stationary but as soon as I move it stops. I have the same when I try to use Tunein or Tidal. I have a Premium connection.
Any ideas?

I se TuneIn with LBC all the time as DAB isn't good around my area. No problem using it on the move...

Default is NO audio through browser when moving. Designed to stop (or at least put off) people watching videos while driving.
Use TuneIn via the audio source options for LBC if you want it when driving.
