Any idea where that puts a rational price point for residential? With minimal soft costs......$1.90/W with decent hardware?

I don't know how transferable utility is to residential for costs.

It pretty hard to get a worse work safety/ insurance situation than residential roof top work.

This safety issue profoundly affects productivity, and therefore cost.
