V10 and Voice Commands?

I noticed now asking to play a song will actually play it, and no longer simply display the search result window.
This is a new behavior in non-US markets and one that was lost by US market with v10.

I jumped recently to 2019.40.2 from 2019.32.12.7

There will be plenty of relieved people to hear this, now why is 2019.42.2 trickling out so slowly...
