V10 download

I have had 2 instances where the software download was in progress, downloaded completely and then disappeared. I was hoping it would be v10 at last but been left hanging! Does anyone know what could be causing this?

If a bug is found then all downloaded-but-not-installed can be "cancelled". (If installed then my understanding is that car is then scheduled for early download of the next, bug-fix, version). Dunno if that is what has happened for you
