Awesome. Not quite the "End of August" as original described but darn close.
Gonna be interesting if this is the update that either forces Tesla an upgrade path from MCU1 -> 2/3? for older cars or fragments the GUI between model S vehicles. I dont see how MCU1 would be able to run this if it struggles to load even the most simple webpage.

I don’t think so since it’s going to be “WiFi connected” only while in park. At least for now, might change after FSD is a thing...

If there is regulatory stuff involved then, yeah, can be. If not then generally speaking No.

Can anyone shed she light on if these will be available on the SR+? I can't find anything online.

That's a good question and I think the answer at the moment is that nobody knows at all right now.
And even if it did, it would likely change very quickly soon after.
