there have been reports of MCU1 upgrading to MCU2 but not mainstream yet.

There have been no confirmed reports of an MCU1->MCU2 upgrade. Again, there are other threads for that discussion.

Creative, but right now it doesn't matter.... Service will only replace it with the same part. No upgrade possible.
