Soo, available today in US for FSD owners.
What about us Europeans?
Someone asked on Twitter. He said later and once he gets regulatory approval.
Are they actively pursuing it though? I guess all focus is USA and China
Sooo available only in Oz, Kansas.
It sounds like they are, however going through regulatory approvals for Europe may sound difficult according to the way Elon has specific in the past.
Here's the tweet from Elon regarding internal v10 rollout.

Well, that was not exactly clear..
Review corner cases before they will seek regulatory approval in each country.
So, maybe they look at corner cases in a month, maybe half a year, maybe a year, who knows.
Then the government in each country has to review and approve. Which also here in Norway at least isn't known to go fast.
However, someone in the tweets linked to this: Stop crippling Tesla Autopilot in Europe
Probably regulatory approval for Joe Mode and Netflix, but not Smart Summon
Looking forward to the day smart summon is available here in Norway...
Got 2019.32.11 last night. Still have not been in the car and checked the release notes yet.
It's everything except smart summon... Got it today.
The cars seem not to dance around anymore. At least we can watch YouTube vids of Americans using smart summon in our cars now...
Got 2019.32.11 last night. No Smart Summon right now (Switzerland).
No, and no Netflix etc, either...
I got Netflix and YouTube since I have an S with MCU2. Works in Norway, also over LTE
Really typical, ordered my S in June 2017, with all bells and whistles, "future proof" they said.
2 months later I learned about mcu2.
So even if I where promised that if my hardware needs to be upgraded to get all functions, they haven't. Seems to be only the FSD option they will upgrade on.
Okay, my rant aside, I think they should have been able to squeeze both Netflix and proper sentry mode in the mcu1, really can't understand the reason why they won't.
Set aside prosesses that run when you drive, they aren't running while you are parked, shouldn't be.
However, I'm glad that several of the functions at least gets to some outside of the USA.
Sentry mode works fine on MCU1. But if you have AP2.0 it won't save to a USB device. (And no TeslaCam.)
Okey, I was under the impression that it was the mcu that govern it.
So, that means that when we get upgraded to hw3 our ap2 will get the full functionality of sentry mode.
At least in theory.
Possibly. AP2.0 uses different cameras from AP2.5 in addition to one less SoC inside the APE unit. So it is possible Tesla doesn't want to save videos from the camera that wouldn't be color. (I think it is just grey/red.)
That would mean that the hw3 needs to interpret 2 different sets of colors and sensors.
But, regarding the sentry mode, I wouldn't care about the colors as long as it's identified the idiot who scratch my car
Tesla tells a lot of fairytales in order to sell cars in order to get the transition done. They are great at PR.
