check the About Car page that shows if the car is on 10.2 or possibly 11, now.

So it seems 2020.48.26 is still 10.2 from screen shots I’ve seen.

"So many things you want & some you didn't know you wanted"

This can't be the holiday update he was referring to??? Here's hoping "holiday" means through 1/1/21.

Could be, I didn’t get the Holiday update till 1/16 last year. With that said a decent number of people got it on Christmas Eve or Christmas IIRC.

Don’t expect anything arbitrarily called “v11” until they have some new autopilot functionality ready to roll out. And as we all know, that could be quite a way out.

    v8: Major autopilot improvements
    v9: Navigate on Autopilot
    v10: Smart Summon

Well, now I’m kinda disappointed both our 3 & X are external speakerless.
I want my car to play the Jetsons car sound when driving or backing up. That’d be so incredible!

Better than all those people who spent money on a bypass plug now probably crawling under their car replugging in their speaker now.

    This isn't V11...if that wasn't already obvious.

The boom box feature is the “star” of this release but it’s one of those things you’d use one time for fun then will never touch again. I was hoping for something more useful in day to day driving.

Apparently this is only part 1 of the "holiday update". Another update should be in the pipeline in the coming weeks.

I mean, isn't this kind of always the case? There is always more stuff in the coming weeks.

But maybe that means the real V11 is Jan/Feb? Someone was rumoring Valentines day, but I don't know if that was based in any substance.

They should switch to doing holiday updates by Thanksgiving instead, like other companies. That improves chances of getting it done before end of the year.

Yep, remember wasn't it "full FSD by Christmas 2018" and then by Christmas 2019 and then 2020... another "William" moment.
