Been pretty religiously checking my WiFi data usage of MX via Google WiFi.
All of a sudden, I got a notification saying I had an update (on 36.2) while connected to WiFi
Huh that’s weird... didn’t see any data downloaded
So I check G WiFi.. to find out that only 6 Mb were downloaded today. What?? Did I miss something yesterday??
I look at the past 30 days of data usage.. 283 mb
That 283 included streaming music while in garage from car, me doing speed tests to figure out optimal car position, and regular car uploads/downloads after drives. No way I missed a 500 mb download. Only possible way is cellular.. Or am I missing something?
And before some observant person asks about the map update, that was done weeks ago over tesla WiFi before mention of Tesla wide release or beta testing
