V9 Repeated Download & Installation

Hello all,
Wanted to ask the group a question. Ever since version 9.0 has been released, my car has prompted me, at least once or twice a week, to download new software.
Every time I download the software, it tells me that it has just downloaded version 9.0.
I have attached a picture of this mornings download and version, nothing has changed.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Are these security patches or updates? Or is my car just downloading the same update every week?

Are they the same build number (the number in the parentheses) ? There have been multiple releases of V9 (and will continue to be hundreds more many of which you won't get.)
In your second screen shot it looks like you got 2018.42.2 which is the 2nd fairly widely released version after 2018.39.6. There were a handful of other releases though in between there that you may have received. Frequently on these less wide releases there are no new release notes, or at best it will just say "Security and bug fixes".
