Simple ... you don't!!!

or if you do, ask them to leave a review with their impressions of acceleration, the top speed they attained, and how many donuts they managed in a single go. Oh and tell them you want pics of the girls they took with them too
The wife's Mercedes after the valet returned her car. Over $5k in damage

...exactly!

plus what about that thread somewhere on here where the guy gets his car from the valet at his condo and the glass roof is smashed to buggery. He reckons they have a lift thing to stack the cars above each other to use less space end they lifted it too high and smashed the glass roof on the garage ceiling. It wasn't so much that they did it, but more that they just handed him the car and started to stroll off back to the warm cabin and the porno mags, and when he pointed it out they went "What smashed glass roof? where? Not us mate ... they're all like that!, and if they're not, then you gave it to us that way"

I'll never ever do valet parking. Not even with a rental car ... not even with your rental car!

Don't. I used to park cars for a valet service in San Francisco in college in rhe 90's. Just don't. I have stories. (worst was the addict co worker who "borrowed" peoples back seats for various illicit activities.)

Also, that's how I learned how quick a BMW M3 could go in second gear. Hit 65 in half a block on Van Ness Ave (I think it had more, but the next light was red).

Another coworker laughed at how many cars they t-boned into the concrete pillar on the top floor of one of the garages in China town, doing donuts. The most expensive was a Jag they totaled.

The fancier the car, the bigger the temptation.

OK, very small percentage have any issues, most are fine, you have a guy and he's great. Sure.

Also, just don't leave a Tesla at the airport. You'll just worry about it the whole trip. Leave it at home.

Liked it but seemed like it was out of valet mode already
Nice eng tweak for I felt o would have to manually take out of valet mode

personal choices I suppose and don't take this the wrong way ... but why on earth would you want those people to even get in your car, let alone drive it?
Exactly. When my cousin lived in Lake Point Tower in Chicago, the tallest apartment building in the world at the time (1980) and the only one on the lake side of Lakeshore Drive, residents were required to use their valet parking. At that time they were paying $18,000 per month (husband was millionaire) to live there and she drove a sweet Mercedes sport convertible. The car developed a raunchy smell. It took a private detective to find the cause, the valets were sleeping in the car and the stuff they put in their hair was impregnating the leather.
