Just learned my 2013P85 needs a replacement HV battery. It has 63,000 miles. Just finished in March a 4,000 mile flawless trip. Never any issues with charging done mostly at home Level 2. Past service in last two years, replaced on board charger, replaced LV battery. Both total cost about 4K US. Do not have confidence in local Service Center. Have received 3 different prices for replacement cost from them. They say no warranty. Can't talk to anyone just text and the app. What can be done to get answers?
