I have had my model 3 in for a service issue twice this month October 2021 and both times there was deep scratches made on the door sill.
In the first instance I did not notice till washing it 2 days later and was told too late too bad. The second time I checked the sills and found another deep scratch on one sill and reported it immediately. We ll see what happens....beware check your vehicle and expect nothing if you can't prove it with in 24 hours
