I recently made a service appointment with a slew of issues. Within 2 days the appointment has disappeared. Is this common? I am not sure if I still go to the appointment or rebook. I looked online and couldn’t determine who to contact. I am a new Tesla owner.

I haven't had that experience - I've had appointments cancelled, but only when they determined that Mobile Service could look after the issue and they had rebooked it for Mobile Service.
You can look up the service location on the Tesla "Find Us" page ( Find Us | Tesla ) and you should be able to find the phone number and/or email address. I'd contact them directly and ask them to confirm the appointment.
