Vehicle Connection Error

Hi BingsLadyBlue,

I had many issues with my WiFi connection and finally called Tesla and they sent a Ranger...
Before he came he had a few suggestions:
1 - Delete the WiFi profile and reboot the car
2 - Create the WiFi profile and reboot the car
3 - It should be OK now but it was not - He still had to come for the service...

With scheduling as it was, I got the car ceramic coated before he came for the service appointment.
The car was gone for 2 or 3 days - It was gone an extra day because we feared rain before the return...

When it returned, the WiFi worked perfectly...?!?
The car may need to be absent from the WiFi signal to let some of the processes complete.
Maybe turning off the WiFi in your house while deleting the profile would help.

Mine has been working well lately.
I still keep an eye on my X and my wife's S.
Sometimes they stay on 3G or LTE and do not switch to WiFi when in the garage.
I manually select the configured WiFi it connects and all is well.

Good luck - Keep an eye on it,

Shawn
