Vehicle Details Screen is Blank in App

I recently upgraded the Tesla app to version 4.5.1-864 (Android) and when I try to access the vehicle details page, all I get is a blank screen. Anybody know how to fix it?

I didn’t know about the vehicle details page in the app until you mentioned it, but it’s working for me in the iOS 4.5.1 version. Did it work for you before?

No, it never did.

Maybe that feature depends on which car and/or firmware version you have, but I don’t know. It works for both my 2018 Model 3 with 2021.44.30.11 and my 2018 Model S with 2022.4.

I am running the same version on my Pixel 5 and I get the same empty screen with the Tesla logo.

It worked for me this morning on my Pixel 6 Pro. Now its just giving me the blank screen.

Doesn't work for me on a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 (even after the app updated today). But does work on a Google Pixel 6.

Try clearing the cache for the Tesla app. I'm able to see the information after doing so.

I had already tried that - unsuccessfully. But I haven't tried clearing all data and re-linking the app to the car. A chore for another day.

Super weird but I have the same issue, and scheduled service. I then checked again and view Details worked fine. I canceled the Service and the problem reappeared! Is anyone else seeing this? An.open.aervicw request fixes it until closed. Like the Twilight Zone?

I got it to work temporarily by clearing the cache for the tesla app. It works once but then it will do the same big "T" logo the next time you try it until you clear the cache again. Honestly though, there isn't anything useful in that part of the app. I'm sure it will be fixed in a future update.

Same problem. Forced stop app & cleared cache, no change. Then restarted phone (Sam S10, Android v12), no change. Have to clear it from recently used apps before I can use app at all.
