They have an installation video. Its all new cover and the fan kit stuff. Still uses the tesla seats and electronics. It looks very involved, and may ruin the heating element.

only if you cut the heating wire while cutting out the sponge. It has to be 3+hrs to do! Tempting, but I'd like the cost to be lower for so much DIY install risk.
