Venting from service issues with paint damage

Around May, had both taillights replaced by tesla service on refresh model S in Latham NY service center. During taillight replacement, it looks like they dropped the assembly on the quarter panel causing a creased dent, two 1” long gouges in clear coat, and also chipped paint. Finally after over a month of waiting for a follow up appoint for service to look at damage, they dinged my car door during the 4 hours they had my car.

In process of having collision center quote a repair, but this is insanity as techs didn’t report it. I have to point it out myself. Very frustrated to have to go through paint work on nearly 1/4 of the car, along with redoing ceramic coating.

Careful out there….

To make matters worse - the replaced taillights under warranty already have bugs in them a few weeks later! Car is garage kept. Service says they are supposed to not be sealed, but never had a car before with this issue: any other model s refresh owners getting bugs inside of taillight glass?

So now I am back to original problem of bugs in taillight, but now with additional multiple damaged paint panels caused by Tesla Latham services center attempting to fix the issue.

I was at least referred to Teslas preferred collision center for paint work. They will need to paint almost the entire side of the car to fix paint.
