FWIW - After driving my MS for a while, I struggle at times to control the throttle of other ICE vehicles. Last week I almost plowed my wife's explorer through our garage wall, as I was trying to gently pull it in. :scared:

For sure. The Model S is so easy to just inch along with the "throttle". It is really noticeable how poorly ICE cars are in this regard by comparison.

Last week I drove my mother's Lexus and nearly had a heart attack when it flew to the stop sign rather than regen!

Totally true, once you have to go back to an ICE you realize how unresponsive, delayed and often just lack of response they have. From day one I have been impressed how much control the pedal in the Model S allows. From smoothly inching forward to unleashing brutal power when you need it.
