Version 6.1 wont update to 7.1

Hi guys

i have a P85+, currently on version 6.1 it wont automatically update...,
anyone here know how do i manually update the version?

Not quite enough info to answer your question.

Has the car notified you that an update is available to install?

If not, there is nothing you can do to force an update. Your service center may or may not be in a position to do it, though.

If so, have you attempted to install it?

Barring having access to Tesla's VPN and firmware bundle sever you'll likely need to take it in. The diagnostic toolbox has an option to force a full firmware image download.

Call the service center. They might be able to initiate the install remotely. At least the process that you'll be asked to time the update.
