Mine was too. I'm not sure if I had the same person from beginning to end, but my experience has been great and my person who handled my delivery was outstanding!

I ordered my MYP without ever going through an actual SA. All via website. When is this assigned or where do you see who is your assigned SA?

Lol already have a VIN assigned today but still curious.
