No, I do not think there is anything " wrong" with the insurance at ANWB. The only thing is. What is insured under All Risks? When I informed two years ago, the glass roof couldn´t be insured and there was no 3 years new policy; not even in the most extensive insurance. I could not even insure my car at all. Cause my M3 LR AWD was more expensive than Euro 50.000. The max of car pricing ANWB use(d at the time). Around the same issues with Centraal Beheer, which is a good company I think. So I ended up at KNAC ( Koninklijke Nederlandse Automobiel Club). A sister-organisation of the ANWB especcially for Oldtimers and special cars. Pricey indeed (Euro 1500p/y), but good. I got covered everything and this year it allready paid of. I got a stone on the glass roof and it all had to be replaced. (around Euro 2500).It only cost me Euro 75,= standard own risk. Mind...... At most companies you are obliged to install a ant-theft and tracking device, like LoJack before you can be insured.anything wrong with ANWB that I should know? price is way lower compared to others even by adding the european road assistance, which I'm more than happy to pay just in case.
Is it just a good offer or there is something "wrong" with them that I should know?
thanks!
