I was able to get this to work with the below. Pretty easy, and quick set up. App is free with no need to login into anything. The only con I have found is the app doesn’t bunch the videos in groups of (4). They are all labeled and dated , just not in the same grouping as you desktop.

this method is working on my iPhone 11 Pro

what you need....

Micro SD card:
Samsung PRO Endurance 128GB 100MB/s (U1) MicroSDXC Memory Card with Adapter (MB-MJ128GA/AM) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07B984HJ5/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_-PO4Db2ZFK7GS

Rocketek USB adapter:
Rocketek Aluminum USB 3.0 Portable Memory Card Reader Adapter for Micro SD Card/TF Card Reader Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XTQZS4F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_iRO4Db719BYDF

SD card reader with Lightning output:
VIKASI SD Card Reader,Memory Micro SD Card Reader USB Type C Adapter Viewer Compatible with iPhone iPad Android Mac - with Lightning Micro USB Type C 4 in 1 (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MSD1L2D/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_.RO4Db8FBTXGK

iUSB Pro app (app the adapter recognizes on its own):
‎iUSB Pro

so all I did was format the micro SD card to fat32 and gave it the TeslaCam folder. Pop the SD card in the USB adapter and let it record Sentry Mode in the M3’s USB port. After I got a few videos I took out the USB adapter and removed the SD Card. I popped that into the Vikasi adapter and plugged it directly into my IPhone 11 Pro. A prompt came up on screen asking to download iUSB app (free) and I said okay to see what it was. Sure enough I saw my TeslaCam folder and a list of all my videos I could easily watch!

it’s not the prettiest set up as the files are not in groups of 4 but they all have dates and labels with (front right left back) and it’s an easy compact set up for on the go!

I used to have a similar setup with a different adapter. I don't necessarily trust apps from no-name developers in China though, so I got rid of it once I had updated to iOS 13. With iOS 13, you don't really need any app anymore but can simply view and delete the videos using the integrated Files app as long as you have a fully compatible Lightning SD card reader. I use this one:

https://www.amazon.com/GOLDFOX-Reader-Compatible-iPhone-Adapter/dp/B07PS58QR5/

It's a clone of Apple's SD card camera reader, but can take Micro SD cards directly without using a fullsize SD card adapter (and is also a lot less expensive). Similar models from other brands are also available on Amazon.

It should work with the OP's app if you want a more polished presentation.

That was my issue. I have the USB3 adapter from apple, and I was putting my SD card into and adapter, and then into the reader like I was reading about, but the Files app wasnt reading my SD card. Nothing would pop up when I plugged everything in and opened Files....

I've been using this app since it came out. It works great and definitely saves a lot of time being as it cues up a few seconds before the 'incident.' I'm ever so slightly worried about the lack of disk eject in iOS, but haven't had any issues yet.

Have been using the Lightning to Camera Reader adapter with the Samsung T5 SSD which requires adding the additional USB bus power (I use one of the rear USB outputs for this) in order for the SSD drive to mount on either the native Files app in iOS 13 or Cam Viewer and view the video files (I'm also interested in also trying the Dash View app). Sentry videos are recording consistently, but the Dash Cam hour loop videos while the vehicle is moving are not. Is there a way to know if and when the the Dash Cam is actually recording while the car is moving? The Sentry Icon on screen disappears as soon as the car is put into drive or reverse so there is not way to tell on screen. My understanding from other forums is the Tesla Dash Cam software is buggy which is why recording is inconsistent. I guess I could look at the physical drive while the car is moving and see if the power light is on and if the drive is writing (as a passenger of course :))? Of note, I also installed a TapTess Gen 2 Wireless charging pad a week ago and using the provided splitter the Sentry feature works as before.

There is another icon next to the Sentry icon that looks like a camera (as opposed to Sentry's HAL 9000 eye). If it has a red dot, it's recording.
