I got my car. Just showed up on my driveway with no text messages at all (was told I would get two). Fortunately, I did get an email asking me to confirm receipt of the car.

I didn't get an email or text message, but when I checked my account, it said "Please pay off your remaining balance prior to delivery." And the Mvpa link was listed under Order Agreement in the Documents section.
