Quick update, I got a call from my ISA this morning (Vegas area code), she told me that the vehicle should be ending production soon and that I might take delivery end of next week, but that it might slip to April.

Delivery scheduled for next Tuesday. :)

MSM, Aero, EAP, San Francisco
2/14 Invite
2/15 Config
3/20 10pm VIN Assigned.
102XX
3/21 ISA called, Finance submitted through Tesla and approved in the evening
3/22 ISA called to schedule a delivery date
3/27 Delivery Appointment at Fremont Delivery Hub.

Except I never got that notification. No communication at all before your car is ready for delivery NOW and your 7 day clock starts NOW.

Im not complaining though. I would want my delivery sooner rather than later. Just wish she was nicer or a leetle bit pleasant to talk to, especially after all that anticipation.

But this is something interesting to consider for folks needing more time to arrange financing or availability due to travel plans etc.

Just the opposite happened with me. ISA called and left a voice message confirming delivery Tuesday. I returned the call in the evening triple checking since I have to get a $50K cashiers check. He finally said the car missed the truck and won’t be delivered within the next week. Either way too many cars being delivered or pure incompetence!

This happen recently? I'm supposed to pick up my Model 3 on Saturday in Portland and have not been told if it has arrived yet. I don't want to keep pestering my ISA, and feel like if she said Saturday, I don't need to ask her to confirm it again, but I haven't heard anything from my delivery specialist, so I have no idea if it has arrived or not. I will call the Portland store later today to see if they can confirm. I have my cashiers check in hand waiting as well.

This happened Monday, March 19th! If I were you, I would definitely confirm the exact whereabouts of the car. I’m hoping you get it Saturday!

Just called and had to move delivery date... ONE DAY EARLY. Ha... I asked if I could move it to tomorrow instead of Saturday and they made it happen. They said the car arrived today and that they were just beginning it's final inspection/detailing.

Tonight turned out to be a VINtastic evening ! Around 9:30 pm PDT I refreshed my account and at long last my VIN (116XX) was there! Now the wait begins for contact by a delivery specialist to find out a delivery date and details. Since I will be in the Bay area next week; perhaps I'll be lucky and the specialist can arrange for delivery in Fremont before the end of the month. If Tesla can do that it could provide one more Q1 delivery for Tesla; they will save a few $$ on transportation; and most importantly it would provide room for one more Southern Cal bound vehicle on a truck. Date and VIN have been uploaded to the spreadsheet; have also posted this update to other relevant threads.

Holy cow! I got a call from Tesla that my car is ready for delivery. I got my VIN THIS morning!!! My first call from Tesla and they said I have to pick it up within 7 days as per terms. She repeated that 3 times actually! Trying to get all the paperwork in order. Still can't believe I may get it within a week. I'm still digesting the VIN news.

White/Aero/EAP

The same thing just happened to me too. I configured today at 12 and tonight I got an email saying my car had finished production. Assuming tomorrow they will contact me about delivery details.

It wasn’t that fast for me. I had to wait a painful almost 4 weeks after configuring to get my VIN. But the car was ready the day I got it. They are really trying hard to get those deliveries out before Q1. You’ll most likely take delivery very soon!

Ordered on 02/07 (45 days), but still no VIN for White / Aero to Tysons, VA

I'm right there with you, albeit a few days behind. Invite 2/14, config 2/19, Midnight Silver w/Aero. No VIN yet...pushing 5 weeks and it seems you're out of the 6 week window. Have you tried calling? Seems a little excessive

As Pikachu said, It seems like California is getting a big push to max out Q1 deliveries perhaps at the expense of us East Coasters.

Just spoke with my delivery specialist, scheduled for wednesday next week! Can't believe this all happened so fast.

More like anything outside of Ca/Or. I'm a week behind you config wise (2/22) MSM / areo in Co and no VIN yet
