i received VIN today - and i have seen people saying something about heated wiper, ryzen.. and something with F460.

So is Ryzen something good to have and is it something you can tell by the VIN?

And as far as F460, what is good about F460?

Yes Ryzen is the newer CPU. Heated wipers good to have in winter freezing temps.
Last 7 digits of newer vin number is F46xxxx

So you will only get the heated wiper or ryzen if you have a newer VIN? My Vin is F45xxxx

you'll have all that if you JUST got a vin. Don't even remember when they stopped with intel but it's been a while.
