Voice Command Not Working

i try to use my voice command to do anything. It can hear what I’m saying because it spells out what I say but it does nothing. I try to get it to play songs and to navigate, etc. what am I doing wrong?

What phrases are you using? Try "navigate to Chicago"

Your doing better than me I can’t even get mine to work at all

I’ve had it in the shop twice with no luck.

Mine works but it takes about 5 seconds between pressing the button to start talking and the car ready to listen. Its so annoying.
