Voice not working

I'm on 2020.4.1 and I noticed now on my Model S I just tap the voice button l and it works. If I hold the button down like the old way it doesn't recognize any commands.

Almost totally broken for me - with the Christmas update it would sometimes work if you put on a fake American accent, now it will do almost nothing apart from opening the glovebox! Most of the time the green mic symbol just pulses, sometimes it recognises words then just doesn't execute the commands. Sadly seems to be getting worse with each update, with V9 it kinda worked at least!

I wonder how many people are affected by this. I tried completely turning off the car tonight, but there's been no improvement. The workaround via the keyboard voice input still works, but yeah, it would be nice if that wasn't neccessary.
