Hello, I'm looking to do a video project to share with various social media communities (YouTube, Facebook, reedit, and prominent EV blogs) to raise awareness on the deficiencies in Tesla features for customers outside the United States vs those inside. The project is meant to be light hearted and comedic but still informative. The purpose is to raise awareness to the larger community that Canadians and other countries may not be receiving the full feature set that they paid for compared to their American counterparts (and no, its not always because of regulatory reasons).
The initial video is meant to focus on the difference in the Summon feature and the fact that our US neighbors can use their key fob to initiate summon while other countries can't. The video will be shout in two parts. 1st part above ground and second part in underground parking to display the shortcomings of the mobile app to summon a vehicle in an area where there is limited reception.
Volunteers needed:
1. A owner with a Model X. preferable someone with a US model X and ability to summon via key fob.
preferably a couple.
2. An owner with a Canadian Model X. Preferable a couple.
3. Must reside or able to travel to the Niagara Falls or GTA (Greater Toronto Areas).
4. Must be comfortable/ able to act naturally on camera if you will like to be featured in the video.
A couple is not required but for the video skit purposes you will be paired with someone to portray the image of coming back from a fancy date night.
Kindly comment below if interested or know of anyone who will be interested in being in this video project or in having there Model X displayed in a video.
The purpose /end goal is this is help the Tesla community by generating enough buzz /awareness that that Tesla brings equality in features (where possible) to all its customers who desire those purchased features.
