Volvo concept mimicking parts of the Tesla interior

Saw this and thought it looked a lot like parts of the Tesla interior. Maybe other car manufacturers are starting to pick up on the minimalistic design.

A good try but not good enough. Notice the knobs on the side and at the bottom. The can't seem to give them up. And the new "in-car" experience won't include the silence of an electric motor.

But there will be much more mimicry of the Tesla touch screen.

My favorite quote from the concept video..."How many buttons do you really need?". Ummm, two. Emergency flasher and glovebox.
All the others are noise in the cabin. Nice try Volvo, but try again.

Hahaha.... The music choice. Some nice Scandinavian metal right there. It almost looks like that actually is an ipad. I'm curious about that music app.
