Not every GM “Voltec” EVSE is 240v compatable.
The early Lear ones, which have an 8/12A button, can work on both voltages. The Clipper Creek ones that repalced them in 2014 are 120v only. Then the small Delphi / Clipper Creek one that came out around 2017 does work on both voltages.
