    Tesla — Tesla Mug Set

The first 10 people to respond to this post get entered to win a Tesla Mug Set, anyone after that can play along for the fun of it. I will pay shipping to send mugs to winner. However, if I win no one get's the set. Here's my prediction: Model 3 with Ludicrous upgrade will go from 0-60 MPH in 2.5 Seconds. When specs come out from Tesla directly, the person closest to the rated 0-60 Ludicrous speed of the Model 3 (by tenths of a second) is the winner. If there is a tie, the tie breaker will be whoever predicts the cost of the base model Ludicrous 3 (by dollar). My prediction is the base Ludicrous 3 will start at $53,000. May the odds be ever in my favor ;)

    Hey, I'm voting 2.6 seconds

It this the price is right rules?

Price for ludicrous will probably be $50,000 It's hard to say because it'll probably be bundled with a different battery.

An M3 with Ludicrous speed I'm thinking would be $55k base. 0-60 in 3.2 sec.

Ludicrous at $55K. Hmm... It will need to be dual motor, larger battery, and the new and improved fuse. Yeah, I'm sticking with that number. And 2.7 second 0 to 60.

0-60 in 3 seconds flat. No clue the price.

/Edit when you say entry ludicrous 3 do you mean a barebones car with only the ludicrous option? I don't even think that will be possible.

I think the ludicrous checkbox will add $10,000 to the price of the car you are ordering, does that count?

Lets say $48,000 for stripped down ludacris with dual motor, larger battery. THe model S can get 0-60 in 2.6, THe M3 will be lighter so maybe 2.5 seconds!

    C'mon. The X does 0 to 60 in what, 2.7 - 2.8? And it's HUGE. Surely the Model 3 can beat that.

    Edit: Okay, okay.... 3.2 seconds
That was my one mistake for the month of June. Almost made it all the way through. :p

Yes I agree it will have an upgraded battery and add additional cost, just predicting without superfluous accessorizing and other options what price will be.

Sorry, confusing the S and X speeds. You are correct.

I'm not doubting the technical ability of the 3 to be faster then the S or X, I'm just unsure if Tesla will actually ship a car that will be faster.
