Waiting on FSD because of ‘processing payment’

I ordered FSD 4 days ago, the night I took delivery of an M3, and it still shows a status of processing payment. Though the credit card payment posted immediately, I don’t have the feature updated on my new M3 yet. I have submitted two tickets to Tesla. I haven’t heard from anyone and find it impossible to talk to someone. My sales guy said to wait it out.

anyone have this experience, and any suggestions?
