How long after you filled out your trade in details did you get the offer? Was it low ball or decent?
I didn’t initiate the trade in yet. This was a complimentary trade in offer notice. They will give me a quote within 24 hours. We will see how it goes.
It was a year ago, but the trade-in quote came within a few days of me submitting all the photos. The original price was very good, but it kept climbing up with subsequent mileage updates. Tesla’s quote was more than $10k over any of the used car buying sites. I was very happy with the final price.
Yeah I feel the same. Whomever is in charge of training mobile service seriously needs to be in charge of customer service relations as a whole. They clearly know what they are doing.

Yeah it is. Went through this exact thing on my MYP and got lucky. Took delivery in November ‘21. A month or so earlier and no matrix, but I got them. They have to produce a lot more MYP than combined MXP and MSP so you’d think the have the production ability. Maybe they were waiting for the right time upgrade the production line which in the past has stopped the line for 2 weeks.
