PLEASE dont call or email them and waste their time guys. It's just a glitch. Let them focus on delivering cars and finishing our documents and call backs.
Had a chat yesterday afternoon with 1-888 sales rep who said my DS would call me today or tomorrow to arrange delivery. This morning, I checked my account after reading this thread and viola! the VIN that I received on 4 May has disappeared! WTF...
Yeah me too it disappeared but if I click checkout my shopping cart with the Wall Connector in it, it still list my VIN. No need to worry and as pmich80 said, don't call or email them for support and let them work for the deliveries.
Oh I'm sure some blockheads will be jamming the phones up calling irregardless of it being North America wide.

Was there a Tesla Stork that just delivered all of your vehicles....therefore you don't need your VINS anymore? Go look in your driveways......anything? Nothing? hmmmmm........I've got nothing for ya then. That was my only idea....lol
After I discovered my VIN disappearance I did a quick interwebs search and found that the issue isn't new. It has happened in the past and generally hasn't affected delivery times.
But in Tesla forum, ppl said that they has been assigned new VINs. This time the problem widely spread, and I am not sure if it is the same
I find it funny how a bunch of us have been waiting for a VIN to appear. It finally appeared not too long ago and now it's gone again
Maybe the VIN issue has something to do with the addition of the new AWD options coming out today (end of the week).
Was told by an American friend that their VIN was replaced by a Delivery date. So far, not on my account

Okay, here is the deal.. My ISA just told me that my VIN is still in their internal system. Tesla new policy, the VIN will not appear in the account page until 7 day prior to delivery..
