Wall Charger Amp Setting

I had an electrician install the wall connector and he put in a 50-amp breaker but set the charger to charge at 60A. Is that a hazard? Can I buy a 60A breaker and swap it out? Or is there more to it?
You should not charge at more than 32 amps on a 50 amp breaker. No way should you exceed 50 amps on a 50 amp breaker, setting the car system at 60 amps should pop the breaker.. Fire hazard if it doesn't pop the breaker. I will set my system to 25 amps on a 50 amp breaker. It saves the battery.

40A on a 50A breaker is fine. And your battery is designed to charge at >50kW. Probably ~250kW so ~10kW(40A) is nothing.
