Wall charger button stopped working.

So two days ago the charger door stopped opening when I pressed the wall charger button. If I press the charger door it opens. How do I figure out whether it's the wall charger that's malfunctioning or the car?

I suggest going to a Supercharger or a local destination charger.

You could also try the button on the Mobile Connector.

Took it to the Service Center. It was a firmware issue and they fixed it via an update. Easy enough.

NIce to hear the pleasant outcome, but as someone who lives 400 miles from a SC, I hope Tesla has other solutions in the pipeline.

Apparently it's a known issue with the last update and will get resolved with the next one.

What did you take? The car, or the wall charger? Car, I hope -- it would be a big job to unwire and remove the charger and then reinstall it....
