Wall charger connected to WIFI but NOT connected to internet

Just finished installing new Tesla Wall Charger. Install went fine. Was able to successfully connect to Wall Charger, set circuit amperage, and connect to my local WIFI. However, it is not connected to internet and not connected to Tesla. Link to screenshot. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve?

I installed a Wall Connector a little while ago. I think you need to leave the Wall Connector connected to your home WiFi then connect your phone to the Connector's WiFi rather than you home WiFi.

If you have WPA3 enabled on your router, try disabling it and see if that helps.
