Wall Charger Gen 3 - installation woes

Have just installed Gen 3 wall connector. Turned on and saw whole front strip light up green, but instead of a flashing green light to complete commissioning, I get this…… and no internet connection.

Has anyone come across this before? Many thanks.

I’m based in UK and called for assistance on 0162 845 0660. They talked me through commissioning using a laptop instead of a smart phone - which worked! You could try contacting support at - [email protected]

Happened to me today, turned off for 5 minutes switched it back on connected to the charger wifi and went through installation steps again then connected to home wifi and it's worked. Hope this helps

I queried this exact situation and TESLA tech replied:
Hello,

Seeing the red, orange, green at the top is normal until the commissioning process has been completed. It is also normal for the WIFI connection to say "connected, no internet access," too.

Following the steps on the link I sent will help to complete commissioning.
