Hey Guys.

I just installed Gen3 wall charger few weeks ago. Until yesterday evening is fine, now I received messages shows charging interrupted after start to charge 30 mins. Then after around 10 mins, it start to charge again.

i checked the error code, it said Ground fault circuit interruption due to unsafe current path, charging disabled.

Inspect the handle, cable, Wall Connector, and vehicle charge port for damage or signs of water ingress. Have an electrician check that earth ground is not directly connected to a conductor wire in the branch circuit.

Should I contact my electrician? Any advise?

Hi Ethange,

Ground fault circuit interruption due to unsafe current path.
That unsafe current path could be YOU.
Call your electrician... Fast...
