Wall charger question

I’ve never had any issues with the wall charger and it always charges at 45 miles/hr at 48/48 as I have a 60 amp breaker. Today I was checking and it showed only 43/43. I stopped and restarted and it did the same thing. I shut the breaker off and restarted in about a minute and it went back to 48/48. Any ideas as to what happened ?

How do I notify them via the app ?
I don't have a Wall Connector. I would use the app to schedule a service appointment. I would briefly describe the charging issue and attach the screen photo to the request. This may be something that Mobile Service can help to resolve. Just conjecture but the Tesla service center may be able to forward your request to an internal team that can perform a remote check of your Wall Connector for the latest firmware and update if required.
