Wall charger & wifi underground

Anyone install the new Gen 3 in a underground parking w/ no LTE or Wifi signal?
I'm installing this underground in my condo unit and there's no way to get a signal downstairs. Is there a point attempting to set up the Wifi feature of the wallcharger?

For configuration, you will be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network the charger itself creates for the first 5 minutes after it's powered up.
From the Wall Connector support page:

Wall Connector hosts a Wi-Fi network for easy configuration of breaker size, Wi-Fi connectivity, and power sharing. This Wi-Fi network is broadcast for five minutes after the Wall Connector is energized and can be re-enabled for an additional five minutes by holding the button on the handle of the charging cable.

what happens if I miss the 5 min window. Is there a reset button on the unit itself? We have no access to the breaker room and we may not be there during installation.

Horray! thank you, this is perfect, I was very concerned about setting up the wifi on this thing... tho I have no idea what it'd be used for w/out actual LTE LOL LOL.
