I've sent two (2) emails to Tesla regarding my desire to return my Wall Connecter (ground terminal broke) I purchased (in June) it from them on-line. I tried to return it to my local Service Center but they can't take items purchased from Tesla on-line. What a joke.
I sent Tesla, via email, the required information (ie Order No., description of problem, etc etc) and requested a 'return authorization'; never got a reply.
Is there a phone number that I can call?
