Wall Connector Error

When I plugged in, the light on my Wall Connector unit started flashing red, and the car did not charge.

I held the reset button in and now the unit is flashing green but still not charging (should be solid green when not charging, streaming green when charging).

The problem is, the manual does not indicate what a flashing green light means. Any ideas how to proceed? I've already tried turning the circuit breaker on an off, and it will be the end of a long holiday weekend before I can get a hold of Tesla support.

Check the power connections inside of the HPWC. Even with ferrules crimped on the stranded wires I had a lot of difficulty getting them fully inserted. If ferrules were not used and all of the strands were not clamped that becomes a source of heat.

I was able to get an electrician to come out. it was some sort of issue with the circuit breaker.
